Premium Black Tea, also known as Tranquilizing and Health-Preserving Black Tea, is grown in a wild and ecological environment, making it a pure and organic black tea. Rich in y-Aminobutyric Acid (GABA), it is low in stimulation and helps lower blood pressure, reduce blood lipids, stabilize blood sugar, and promote metabolism. Drinking black tea in winter can warm the stomach, remove oil, aid digestion, and help the body circulate and metabolize quickly. Brewing Instructions:

• Use hot water at around 95℃ to brew the black tea. There's no need to wash the tea; you can brew it directly. The first infusion takes 45-60 seconds. For subsequent infusions, each one can be extended by about 5 seconds. It can be steeped multiple times, and the taste remains sweet and smooth with a long-lasting aftertaste.
• This black tea can also be used as a base for various high-end nutritional beverages. For example, you can add milk or lemon slices to create children's favorite milk tea and lemon black tea.
