Product Details

Alishan High Mountain Oolong Tea:

Origin: Taiwan Tea region: Alishan high mountain tea region Type: Winter tea Weight: 150g*1 bag

This high mountain tea is grown in one of the few tea-growing areas that is non-toxic and pesticide-free. It is hand-picked without pesticides. The tea produced in the Alishan tea area is characterized by its golden tea soup, which is transparent and not turbid. It tastes smooth and refreshing without any astringency.

Brewing method: Warm the tea set with boiling water at 80℃-90℃, add appropriate amount of tea leaves (tea-to-water ratio 1:50). The tea leaves can be brewed continuously for several times. The first time, brew for 90 seconds to allow the tea leaves to expand. After that, each time you can drink it after about 40-60 seconds. The amount of tea and brewing time can be adjusted according to personal taste preference.

Product Introduction

Q: What is the difference between winter tea and spring tea?

A: Winter tea is harvested in October and November. The high mountain tea areas are cold and the growth is slow. Most of the tea leaves are harvested after they are ripe, making it the tea with the lowest yield. Winter tea and spring tea are the two best quality teas of the year and both are resistant to brewing. Winter tea has a light flavor, while spring tea has a strong flavor. The color and aroma of winter tea are lighter than those of spring tea, but the aroma is delicate and less bitter, which is a major advantage of winter tea. The appearance and color of winter tea are light green, and the aroma of the tea leaves is light. Although the taste is not as strong as spring tea, it is smoother and has a long-lasting flavor.
